"My wife and I recently bought a home and Debbie and Lani were incredible throughout the whole process. We moved to New Jersey not knowing much about all of the different areas and were starting to go to Open houses just to get a feel. Luckily we visited an Open House that Debbie and Lani were having and after speaking to them, we knew we wanted to work with them to find a perfect home for us. Debbie and Lani have extensive knowledge of all of the different areas of NJ and have all of the connections in the real estate market to get you the real information. Debbie and Lani were incredible responsive and always available to show us a new listing and had great feedback/advice on each home we saw. After several months of looking, we found the perfect home for us. That is when Debbie and Lani really shined and were so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the closing process. "Lani and Debbie recently helped me find and buy my first home and I could not have asked for a better team! She was extremely responsive in answering calls/texts, and either herself or Debbie were always available when I needed them. "When it was time to sell my dad's apartment for him as his legal representative, I needed to find an excellent, thorough, knowledgeable and honest real estate professional to take the reins for the sale. I am out of state and looked for recommendations from North Jersey friends and family. Debbie and Lani came highly recommended and upon meeting Debbie, I knew the search was over and I felt comfortable with her immediately. From our initial conversation about preparing the apartment for market, to our dozens of communications regarding all aspects of the listing, Debbie was always available and spot on with her advice. The apartment was sold for asking price ( nearly! less $100) and Debbie went above and beyond throughout the process, which was especially helpful for someone who lives 1 1/2 hours away and not familiar with New Jersey real estate market or the local procedures.
